Attorney Damian Spalony

Attorney – member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
Graduate of law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Erasmus+ scholarship recipient at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where he studied at Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles in law + economics (Doble Titulación). Completed legal training at the District Bar Association in Warsaw.

His professional experience is based on both working with individuals (criminal and family cases) as well as serving corporate clients from the financial and insurance sectors. Currently, his specialization focuses on consumer claims against business entities, as well as serving companies from the banking sector. His areas of interest also include blockchain technology, while in the academic sphere – substantive criminal law.
