Legal counsel Katarzyna Kucka-Rachuba is a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Olsztyn and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. She also studied at Universitá degli Studi di Bari in Italy and subsequently completed a several-month internship at a renowned law firm in Italy.
